This place installed new brakes and checked on all the weird noises my 4runner was making from the suspension and she rides so perfectly and quiet now, I was amazed at how great a job they did at fixing the real issues I had. Price was reasonable tbh, I knew what I'd end up paying and it was in line with prices in my city.

I've been going to OCAD for several years. Recently, Anthony and his team were able to diagnose the noise emmiting from the rear of my 2015 Audi A6. The repair was done at a reasonable time and price. They also serviced other issues found during the diagnosis. I highly recommend OCAD.

But what really sealed it was my most recent visit: I woke up on my birthday to find my rearview mirror smashed while my car was parked on the street. Not the kind of surprise you want. They not only helped me source the right part, but went out of their way to save me money. Fair prices, fast turnaround, and an attitude that reminds you what good service should feel like. Sitting in the waiting room, I even overheard another customer telling them how he was “over the moon” about their work. Same here. Good people, honest work. That’s all you really need.

Amazing customer service from the start to the finish. For years I was having an electrical problem with my RV. I took it to O.C. Automotive Diagnostics and they replaced the battery and the alternator. 2-weeks later, My coach would not start and it was parked at my house. I called Gabriel and he was able to send Anthony and one of his mechanics to my house to check out the problem. with in 1/2 an hour, they found the problem and fixed it. Amazing communication and customer service. I highly recommend them!

I went to O.C. Automotive after the Toyota Dealership told me my power steering pump was leaking. Toyota was going to charge me $200 for the inspection alone then whatever parts were needed. I was obviously going to get the work done at OC instead because their price and work quality is much better. After I dropped it off Gabriel was able to find out it was completely covered under my trucks extended warranty! Which Toyota completely forgot to mention. They saved me a lot of money and will definitely be going back. Most honest mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. They wouldn’t put anything in my truck they wouldn’t put in their own.

I’ve had my 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe stuck in repair since December 2022 with serious electrical problems,no start, bad ECUs, and immobilizer issues. I went to FIVE different shops between February 2022 and July 2024, and each one either misdiagnosed the issue, charged me for useless repairs, or straight-up refused to work on my car because it was "out of their control." I wasted time and money, and my car ended up worse off after every visit.Then I decided to give OC Automotive and Diagnostic a shot. Honestly, I didn’t have high hopes after everything I’d been through, but these guys surprised me. Gabe, the service advisor, laid everything out from the start—parts, pricing, and a solid timeline for the repairs. No BS, just straight talk. He even stayed late a few times to make sure parts were ready to go. Every promise he made, he kept. That alone put them miles ahead of the other shops. Kris, the technician, was another level. I told him everything about the car’s history with other shops, and he took it all in, gave me a confident smile, and said he'd get it running. In less than a week, he had it back on the road. This guy didn’t just fix my car; he cleaned up the mess left by everyone else—reconnected cut wires, reinstalled missing panels, and figured out issues nobody else could. He knew exactly what he was doing and got it done fast. Anthony, the owner, also deserves a shoutout. He broke down their whole troubleshooting process step-by-step and didn’t leave me in the dark about anything. He’s the type who cares about his customers and is willing to go the extra mile. He even threw in a free air freshener and a discount card, plus he gave me a discount on the overall cost. After all the headaches with other shops, that meant a lot. Bottom line---- If you’re done with shops that overpromise and underdeliver, go to OC Automotive and Diagnostic. They know their stuff, they don’t mess around, and they actually deliver. This is the only place I’m taking my car from now on. Highly recommend.

These guys diagnosed a problem in 5 minutes that a different auto shop couldn't figure out. Extremely professional and transparent. I have a difficult time understanding/processing just about anything due to my phycological disability that limits my brains ability to comprehend most things. Do to that and not being very knowledgeable about vehicles, it was difficult to find a place and people who would be willing to not only be patient with me but to elaborate and explain in detail stuff that I don't understand. The owner and the staff here went above and beyond with dealing with not only me and my issues but my family's as well. Took my Chrysler Pacifica in for service from a CarMax Maxcare referral. Shop owner called to confirm and review the work that was requested the day before. The service techs initially were unable to replicate my issue so asked if I could come in and show them what I see/hear. After replicating the issue the shop owner informed me that they would complete the work and assured me that they would be upfront and honest regarding pricing and any anticipated work. Work was completed the next day and CarMax coverred the cost for labor. Shop owner is honest and upfront. Will return for more work going forward. Took my Chrysler back for more service! Shop followed the same process to get my vehicle back in working order. While I may never purchase a Dodge again - I would absolutely return to this shop for service. Great guys and happy with the work. The additional work that was performed was on the suspension and the head gasket. Job took one month to complete and was reportedly delayed due to insurance claims process, missing parts from orders, and working space to complete work on vehicle.

They don’t push for declined services and they follow up with the customer on any concerns. Costs for services are less than what a stealership would charge! I had a great experience with OC! I've been looking for a reliable mechanic in my area and found OC after seeing the positive reviews on Yelp. I made an appointment in Sept 2023. I had a list of recommendations from the dealership and Anthony and his staff looked at my car and went over each one with me. Anthony was great- he was very patient and answered all of my questions. I felt he was very honest and the pricing was transparent. The prices were fairly close to the dealership but I really trusted Anthony and felt his staff would do a good job, so I had him do the work. What an outstanding shop. Anthony and Jacob are very talented. I have 5 older vehicles that they perform service on. They do fine work. They have managed to keep my fleet of older cars going. Highly recommended Update: my beloved 1989 Ford F250 was perpetually leaking oil. Other shops had worked on it and it still leaked. Anthony and his team fixed it! It was quite an elaborate job involving deep engine and transmission work. That delighted me. Other mechanics had told me that leaking was just part of an old truck. Now my garage floor is clean, I took away all the unsightly cardboard and sloshing basins. Also, my daughters 2009 Cadillac CTS had a sinister problem. It would not start due to what was a fuel injection issue. I thought the car would need to be scrapped. Anthony managed to repair all the injectors with factory parts. Now it runs good as new. I have a fleet of 6 older cars that my large family uses as daily drivers. Each car has sentimental value. I am quite meticulous with each car. I trust Anthony and his mechanics to maintain all my vehicles. Thanks Anthony!

I've been coming her since Anthony opened up the shop a while back. He was just a one man job and it's been great to see the business grow with more team members. You're always getting quality and through service for your car and great customer service. They take the time to let you know what's going on with you vehicle and recommend what's needed. They are never like overly pushy for you to get an item done unless they really think you need it. I really like how they take photos of everything and send you a text report so you can see in real time what's happening. I originally found him when having issues with smog with my old Honda that eventually died out and now Anthony and his team service my new car. I know dealership service centers can screw you over. If that's happening to you I'd let the team here take a look are your car cus they really know what they are doing. I really wouldn't go anywhere else

OC automotive is great shop, the owner is friendly and willing to explain in detail everything they are doing. It’s so hard to find a shop that keeps in communication when my vehicle is being worked on but OC will call every step of the way. Over the last 6 months I’ve had to bring my Jeep in for a multitude of issues each time I walk in they greet me by name and actually remember my vehicle.

I am so glad I found OC Automotive & Diagnostics a few years ago! Anthony and Jacob provide a wonderful professional customer service experience and I am grateful for the work done on my older car! Each time I have taken my car in to be serviced it has been a positive experience! This is an excellent shop which I highly recommend! After each service I receive a text with an inspection report that includes pictures! I so appreciate the time and effort put into keeping my older car running!

Great place to get your car worked on. I like receiving a summary with photos of my car showing the issues they have found with a guide that shows you how urgent the issues should be dealt with. I have not gotten that type of info from another mechanic. 👍🏼

Anthony and crew provided great customer service when I took my vehicle for a manifold replacement. The vehicle repairs were completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Anthony showed me the old part and explained how the part works and where if failed. I highly recommend O.C. Automotive for your vehicle repair needs. 2nd visit. Oil Services I had a motor oil and transmission oil change. Anthony and crew provided great service in a timely manner and the prices were competitive. Anthony pointed out recommendations for other services the vehicle needed, not being pushy to have the repairs done right away. Very courteous and respectful crew. 3rd visit. Anthony and crew performed some major engine work, always keeping me informed of the progress with pictures and videos. Their work is always guaranteed, their goal is to make it right. Thank you Anthony.

I found this local shop through Yelp. I explained my AC issue to the service rep over the phone and he explained the diagnostic process to me. Making an appointment with him was a breeze. I brought the car in and left it over the weekend. They have an email system that explains the issues observed and services performed. They took care of my AC and performed some routine services. Prices seemed competitive and staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Will go back again for future service needs.

OC Auto and Diagnostics made me a believer in trustworthy mechanics! Anthony got me in right away and Jacob explained the process all so clearly. From the digital diagnostic to the detailed outline of what my car needed, I never once felt like there was someone trying to take advantage of a person who knows nothing about cars. They got my car back to me in a matter of days. I dropped it off on Saturday and got it back Monday afternoon. Anthony even texted to check in after 2 days to make sure the car was running smoothly and to see if I needed anything else. Talk about quality customer service! I can’t recommend OC Auto and Diagnostics enough! This is my new go-to spot, and it should be yours, too!

My Dad recommended I take my G37s here for my clutch job and boy was this the right place to take it. Out the gate I can tell this job was done right.
